Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
All items sent are carefully packaging with love and checked over before being sent to our customers. However, from time to time damages can occur in transit. Please immediately inspect your order and contact us if the item is damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Contact us within 48 hours of receiving your parcel with a picture, video and explanation of the damage. We will evaluate the damage at our discretion and choose either to replace the item if we have it in stock or issue a refund.
Readings Cancellations
Out of respect for our time and clients, we adhere to a strict cancellation policy.
For sessions cancelled within 72 hours of the appointment a full refund will be given. For sessions cancelled within 48 hours of the appointment, an alternative time will be offered or 50% refund offered. For sessions cancelled within 24 hours of the appointment, no refund will be issued.
No Shows
If you simply do not show up or if you cancel your appointment on the day of your scheduled appointment time, you will not receive a refund and 100% of the booking price will be forfeited.
